How Does it Work?

The process is incredibly simple and designed for your convenience. When you purchase a Wicked Brew Cash Card, it is delivered instantly via email to your chosen recipient. This email confirmation serves as their initial proof of purchase.

To activate and begin using their gift, the recipient simply needs to present this email confirmation at our Capalaba store. Our friendly team will then process the exchange, providing them with a physical Wicked Brew Cash Card. 

Once the physical card is in hand, it can be seamlessly used for any purchases made in-store at our Capalaba Café and Drive-Thru. This means they can enjoy the full Wicked Brew Coffee experience, from a quick coffee on their commute to breakfast.

Please note that the Wicked Brew Cash Cards are designed exclusively for in-store purchases. They are not currently redeemable for online transactions.

Wicked Brew Coffee Cash Card Terms and Conditions

Non-Refundable and Non-Redeemable:

Cash Cards are non-refundable and cannot be redeemed for cash.

Treat as Cash & Registration:

Treat your Cash Card as cash. We will not replace lost or stolen cards if they are not registered. Register your card at  https://www.wickedbrewcoffee.com.au/Home/contact-form. Transactions made before you report a lost or stolen card will not be refunded.

Redemption and Payment:

Cash Cards can be redeemed for the value of products. Any additional amount can be paid using cash or another card.

Fees and Charges:

There are no fees or charges when redeeming the Cash Card. Normal bank or credit card charges may apply if you pay the balance with a card.

Transaction Limit:

There is no limit on the number of transactions as long as a balance remains on the Cash Card.

In-Store Use Only:

Cash Cards cannot be used for online purchases or through our app. The Cash Card must be presented at the Wicked Brew Coffee Capalaba store for redemption or top-ups.

Queries and Balances:
