Premium World

As the name suggests this is our premium coffee blend. Roasting the coffee beans dark brings out the full flavour of the 8 origin beans from around the world. This combination creates a soft and velvety coffee. Its profile is perfectly balanced – mildly acidic, while also having excellent strength and body that leaves a satisfying chocolate aftertaste on the palate. It makes a superb short black with plenty of crème, and is perfect for all milk based beverages.

Suitable for: espresso, filter, plunger

Bold

This bold and gutsy coffee is perfect for the devoted coffee lover as it gives a full-flavoured hit. This predominately Indonesian Mandheling bean blend, gives it an immense, bold flavour. This blend is especially suited for espresso as this blend delivers a full and long palate yet still maintains a smooth flavour and stands up beautifully to milk.

Mellow

Mellow has tasting notes of milk chocolate, nuts & brown sugar sweetness.  Possessing a full body and mild acidity, Mellow works well across most brewing methods and works equally well served with or without milk. 

Colombia – Single Origin Coffee

Colombian possesses traits of dark chocolate and caramel sweetness.  Having a good balance of body and acidity, this single origin works well as a straight espresso or served with milk. 

Brazil - Single Origin Coffee

Brazil has the tasting notes of hazelnuts & milk chocolate with a medium body and soft acidity.  This single origin works well in most brew methods but we find excels when served with milk. 

Decaf - Single Origin Coffee

Our decaf is a single origin Colombian Popayan.  Using the mountain water decaffeination method, this process removes 97% of the caffeine in the green beans but retains all the flavour characteristics.

Having heavy malt and chocolate traits with a full body and mild acidity; this coffee provides all the flavour without the caffeine.
