We've made collecting stamps incredibly straightforward with your favorite Wicked Brew drinks:

• Hot Drinks: Every single time you purchase a hot drink from our diverse menu, you'll receive one stamp. Whether you're savoring a comforting latte, a robust espresso, a classic tea, a rich hot chocolate, or any other hot beverage, each purchase brings you closer to your free coffee.

• Cold Coffee Drinks: For those who prefer their coffee chilled and refreshing, we've got you covered! Any cold beverage that contains coffee, such as our revitalizing iced lattes, smooth Chilled Coffee, delightful blended coffee drinks, or a classic iced long black, will also earn you a valuable stamp.

To ensure clarity and fairness for all our valued customers, please take note of the following program details:

1. Stamp Earning: You will receive one (1) stamp for every hot drink or cold drink containing coffee that is purchased at our physical Wicked Brew Coffee locations.

2. Reward Redemption: Collect a total of nine (9) stamps to qualify for a reward: one (1) free standard hot drink or cold coffee drink of your choice.

3. Expiration: Please be aware that your loyalty card, any accumulated stamps, and earned rewards will expire six (6) months from the date of issue or the date of your last qualifying transaction, whichever is later. We encourage you to use your rewards promptly!

4. Non-Exchangeable: Stamps and rewards cannot be exchanged, returned, replaced, or bought for cash. They hold no monetary value outside of this loyalty program.

5. Non-Transferable: Loyalty cards are personal and cannot be transferred to another individual or combined with other loyalty cards.

6. Right to Refuse Service: Wicked Brew Coffee reserves the right to refuse to provide services or rewards in cases of suspected fraud or misuse of the loyalty program.

7. Exclusions: COMBO Deals: No stamp will be given for purchases made as part of any COMBO deals or special promotional offers, as these are already heavily discounted.

8. Exclusions: Online Orders: No stamp will be given for drinks ordered through our Wicked Brew Coffee website or any third-party delivery applications.

While we are thrilled to reward our loyal customers, there are a few specific circumstances where loyalty stamps will not be issued. We appreciate your understanding of these exclusions, which are in place to help us maintain the integrity, consistency, and fairness of our valuable loyalty program:

• COMBO Deals & Special Offers: Our specially curated COMBO deals are already designed to provide you with exceptional value and significant discounts right from the start. Because these deals are pre-discounted to offer you the best possible price, purchases made as part of any COMBO offer or other specific special promotions are not eligible for the accumulation of loyalty stamps.

• Online Orders via the Wicked Brew Coffee Website (for Take Away and Dine In): We are proud to offer a separate, exclusive rewards system tailored specifically for purchases made directly through our official Wicked Brew Coffee Website. When you choose the convenience of ordering online through our website for either take away or dine in, you will not collect in-store loyalty stamps. Instead, as a token of our appreciation for your digital orders, who are registered, we will email you a unique promo code for a free drink, ensuring you still receive a fantastic reward for choosing us online.

• Third-Party Delivery Applications: Our in-store loyalty program is meticulously designed and dedicated to rewarding direct purchases made at our physical Wicked Brew Coffee locations. Orders placed through external, third-party delivery services (such as Uber Eats, DoorDash, Menulog, etc.) operate independently of our internal loyalty systems. Therefore, purchases made via these platforms are regrettably excluded from our in-store loyalty program.
