The concept, initially a fleeting thought born from a shared need, rapidly gained traction in their minds. Then, in October 2010, two years after those initial conversations and reflections, their vision materialized into Wicked Brew Coffee Cafe and Drive Thru. This landmark establishment became the first drive-thru coffee outlet in the Redlands region and the third in the wider Brisbane metropolitan area, marking a significant milestone in the local coffee landscape. With qualified chef Wayne as co-owner, they meticulously oversaw a growing team of 15 dedicated staff members at their Capalaba location. This establishment quickly became known as a reliable drive-thru café, synonymous with premium coffee beans, exceptional all-round service, and an accessible, reasonably priced menu.
